SWOT Analysis
Strengths
1. The use of animation and short clips from the movies to attract attention and audiences’ interest to watch the videos.
2. Attract the kids to learn something around them in a creative, fun and challenging atmosphere.
3. Able to improve kids’ interest in educational and entertaining knowledge, with Islamic values being inclusive at the same time.
4. Emphasizes both theoretical and practical knowledge.
Weaknesses
1. The duration of the videos is too short for the children to understand properly about the topic that has been discussed, thus we did not go in-depth.
2. The content might only be understood by kids who are well-versed in English language.
Opportunities
1. Pandemic era made learning process are more dependable on internet, thus kids are exploring the medium more than before - Youtube channel might be one of the best options to go to
2. Not many channels include Islamic perspective in their videos like ours
Threats
1. More Youtube content creators are creating content for younger audiences with more professional animation - more competitors
2. Redundancy in contents with other channels slimming the chances for the audiences to look for our channels
3. No standardized medium to reach out for targeted audiences results in low numbers of viewers
4. The children need a strong internet connection to make sure that the videos are played well without buffering.
5. Not all parents allow their children to have access to YouTube.
